Clinic Coordinator

The Clinic Coordinator role is onsite in Scottsdale, AZ. Compensation is $23–$26 per hour. The role balances administrative coordination with direct patient support to keep clinic visits organized and patient flow smooth. It supports clinical staff by preparing patients and rooms, documenting visit information, and maintaining schedules, supplies, and facility operations.

What you'll do

• Welcome patients and coordinate patient flow
• assist with intake, documentation, and procedure preparation
• perform blood draws and collect genetic test specimens
• prepare exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and set up equipment
• support nurses and providers with routine procedures
• document patient history, vital signs, and visit details in DrChrono
• manage schedules
• track statistics and inventory
• verify shipments
• coordinate facility issues and complete recurring administrative tasks.
