Clinic Concierge / Security

The Clinic Concierge / Security role is onsite in Placerville, CA. Pay is $17.50–$19.00 per hour. Aegis Treatment Centers provides addiction treatment services and works to remove barriers to recovery. The role helps maintain a safe treatment and working environment for patients, teammates, and visitors. Through clinic walkthroughs, safety monitoring, traffic and crowd management, and support for clinic operations, the concierge contributes to safe and orderly service delivery.

What you'll do

• Maintain a safe treatment and working environment
• inspect the clinic interior, surroundings, and parking lot
• conduct hourly walkthroughs inside and outside the clinic
• monitor and report illicit activity
• support pedestrian and vehicle traffic flow
• assist clinic leadership with facility oversight
• report life-threatening situations
• monitor patient flow and crowd safety
• assist with drills and inspections
• participate in crisis management when necessary
• monitor third-party contractor work
• assist the front office with phones, patient check-in, and filing as needed.
