What you'll do

• Oversee property operations and conduct site visits
• supervise and develop property staff
• coordinate annual operating and capital budgets
• monitor budget performance and prepare variance reports
• manage arrears collection
• support regulatory compliance and agency requests
• manage vendor relationships
• oversee unit readiness, move-ins, move-outs, inspections, annual certifications, and Section 8 packages.
