The role records client progress and collaborates with supervisors, families, and caregivers to support consistent care and skill development.

What you'll do

  • Deliver one-to-one evidence-based ABA therapy
  • implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans designed by the supervising BCBA
  • collect real-time client progress data using clinical software
  • collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers
  • and maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
