The role develops mortgage opportunities through personal relationships, Realtor partnerships, prospecting, and company-generated opportunities.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with borrowers, Realtors, and referral partners
• guide borrowers through applications and qualification criteria
• collect documentation and recommend mortgage solutions
• manage pipeline and origination milestones
• coordinate disclosures, processing, underwriting, and operations
• generate mortgage opportunities
• maintain required licensing and stay current on lending guidelines and compliance.
