What you'll do

• Develop relationships with farm families, producers, and rural landowners through farm visits, networking, and community engagement
• prepare and present loan proposals
• evaluate eligibility, repayment ability, collateral, and risk
• administer loans and maintain compliant documentation
• conduct farm visits to assess collateral and monitor operations
• take corrective action when needed
• represent River Valley AgCredit in the community
• pursue professional development
• comply with Farm Credit System standards, association policies, and regulations
• prospect for lending opportunities and referrals.
