What you'll do

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• develop internal and external marketing
• build referral relationships
• generate inquiries and move-ins
• collaborate on move-in forecasts and a rolling 90-day sales and marketing plan
• train staff on inquiry handling and tours
• maintain the CRM
• conduct visits and tours
• manage the marketing budget
• monitor the market and competitors.
