What you'll do

• Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations
• arrive on time
• operate shuttle vehicles safely and follow traffic laws and company policies
• maintain vehicle, fuel, and activity records
• inspect and clean the shuttle
• assist with luggage, boarding, and exiting
• follow routes and schedules
• answer passenger questions
• assist passengers with disabilities and wheelchair lifts as needed
• coordinate with dispatch
• report incidents and issues.
