Residential HVAC Service Technician

Job overview

The Residential HVAC Service Technician role is onsite in Twin Falls, Idaho. Pay is $21.00–$45.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications. The technician supports Terry’s Heating and Air Conditioning’s residential service department, which serves homeowners in the Twin Falls area.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling equipment
• perform preventive maintenance, seasonal inspections, and tune-ups
• service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-split systems, and indoor air quality products
• evaluate refrigeration systems, electrical controls, gas heating components, airflow, and low-voltage circuits
• explain recommendations to homeowners
• document work orders
• follow safety procedures and applicable codes
• maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment
• and participate in the rotating on-call schedule.

Why this role

EPA Certification is required; NATE Certification is preferred but not required. The schedule is Monday–Friday with overtime, rotating on-call responsibilities, and seasonal scheduling as needed. Two or more years of residential HVAC service experience is preferred.
