What you'll do

• Provide personal care, including baths, oral hygiene, shampoos, dressing, toileting, and skin care
• keep the patient’s living area clean and orderly as appropriate
• prepare meals and assist with feeding
• take and record temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure when ordered and competency requirements are met
• assist with ambulation, exercise, and range of motion as ordered
• support laundry
• use equipment safely
• report changes to the assigned nurse
• follow documentation and care procedures.
