What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and equipment
• maintain the dish area and kitchen cleanliness
• sort, stack, and store clean items
• help establish sanitation workflows and breakdown checklists
• assist with end-of-service breakdown, trash and recycling, and basic food preparation or stocking as needed
• follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
