What you'll do

• Support Stand Managers with staffing, customer, and operational challenges
• visit stands and attend required meetings
• provide feedback and accountability
• oversee inventory, scheduling, cost of goods sold, and labor goals
• monitor regional financial metrics
• mentor and develop Stand Managers and Shift Leads
• analyze sales data and develop sales strategies
• promote 7 Brew culture
• oversee service standards, wait times, health, safety, and cleanliness
• use performance metrics and customer feedback to guide improvement.
