What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site security procedures
• respond calmly to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, lobbies, parking, loading areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• verify credentials and direct guests
• prepare reports and communicate relevant information to site stakeholders.
