Human Resources Manager

What you'll do

• Assist with recruiting and onboarding
• manage entry- to mid-level employee relations with support as needed
• manage employee engagement initiatives
• assist with employee development and training plans
• complete HR compliance reporting
• manage employee incident and workers’ compensation reporting
• administer leave policies with a third-party vendor
• perform other HR duties assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
