The role develops entry-level professionals in consultative selling, presentations, public speaking, team leadership, and technical sales. Participants work with sales teams, learn the brands and the needs of seniors and families, and build connections with prospective residents; successful participants may be assigned to a community and may later take on regional leadership and coaching responsibilities.
