What you'll do

• Build and execute an early-careers recruiting strategy
• design target-school, campus engagement, event, assessment, internship, and conversion plans
• develop university and student organization relationships
• lead and develop recruiters and coordinators
• partner with business leaders on hiring forecasts and goals
• oversee internship and new-graduate recruiting
• establish program metrics with L&D
• manage the university recruiting budget.
