The associate supports safe shelter operations by monitoring the site, assisting clients, and helping them access services. The role contributes to a safe, orderly environment and supports clients as they move through the program.

What you'll do

• Monitor and facilitate guest transitions from intake to shelter areas
• provide facility tours
• check clients and visitors in and out
• maintain a safety watch and help resolve conflicts
• assist clients and escalate suspected abuse or neglect
• distribute meals and donations
• clean shelter beds, cabins, and facilities
• maintain daily activity logs and incident reports.
