Quantum Sky’s Defensive Cyber Operations team supports DISA Pacific and defends Department of Defense networks and mission partner enclaves against cyber threats. The analyst synthesizes intelligence, network telemetry, and forensic data into actionable threat assessments. The role tracks adversary campaigns, supports threat hunting, and informs detection and defense operations across enterprise, cloud, and classified environments.

What you'll do

• Analyze boundary sensor feeds, NetFlow, and IDS/IPS logs
• characterize adversary behavior using MITRE ATT&CK and Cyber Kill Chain frameworks
• produce threat warnings and intelligence reports
• assess automated blocking telemetry and adversary evasion
• conduct structured threat hunting
• develop detection use cases for SIEM platforms
• assess vulnerability notices against exploitation trends
• brief operational and military leadership.
