What you'll do

• Support retreatants’ physical and emotional welfare
• help retreatants experiencing distress and support safe transitions when needed
• pick up prescriptions and accompany sick or injured people to urgent care or an emergency room
• follow early-departure protocols
• organize and inventory pharmacy supplies
• review accessibility questionnaires and communicate with teaching teams
• attend meetings
• support retreat operations and check-in
• alternate on-call shifts, including overnight hours
• maintain schedules and incident reports
• train Extra Hire RSAs
• maintain training materials and systems
• attend meditation instructions and dharma talks.
