Central Region Sales Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the regional sales team through coaching, accountability, talent development, and succession planning

• drive sales, margin, and profitability targets
• manage forecasts, pipelines, budgets, and pricing
• partner with Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial Operations
• improve sales processes, customer service, and responsiveness.
