Deputy Project Leader

The Deputy Project Leader role is onsite in Baltimore, MD. Compensation is $104,240–$130,300 per year. M.C. Dean designs, builds, operates, and maintains cyber-physical solutions for mission-critical facilities and complex infrastructure. The deputy project leader directs day-to-day project or project-section operations, coordinating plans, budgets, documentation, and project completion. The role supports effective delivery by managing changes, resolving issues, and communicating with project stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Run day-to-day project or subsection operations
• identify, price, track, and manage change orders
• monitor cash flow
• maintain as-built records and document project issues
• plan project completion and punch lists
• read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• compile submittals and prepare estimates
• coordinate with owners, contractors, supervisors, and design professionals
• document RFIs and project communications.
