What you'll do

• Represent debtors in Chapter 11, Chapter 7, and other bankruptcy matters
• advise businesses, lenders, creditors, and stakeholders on restructuring and insolvency
• manage bankruptcy litigation and contested matters
• prepare and argue motions
• draft and negotiate restructuring and workout agreements
• counsel clients on rights, risks, and strategic alternatives
• represent clients in adversary proceedings, mediations, and settlements
• develop client relationships and business
• collaborate with other practice groups
• mentor junior attorneys.
