Engineering Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the engineering team
• manage engineering projects from concept through implementation
• partner with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, throughput, quality, and profitability
• evaluate manufacturing methods, tooling, fixtures, equipment, workflows, and processes
• lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
• review customer requirements
• oversee engineering documentation and design reviews
• develop project budgets and capital requests
• support customer visits and audits
• ensure compliance with safety, environmental, customer, and regulatory requirements.
