Valet Manager Assistant

What you'll do

• Assist the Valet Manager with daily operational and administrative tasks
• help coordinate employee schedules and fill open shifts
• communicate schedules, assignments, and operational needs to attendants
• conduct site visits and quality-control checks
• ensure employees arrive on time and in proper uniform
• assist with training
• maintain employee and operational documentation
• communicate with clients, guests, and employees
• help resolve employee and customer issues
• prepare for special events and busy operations
• run occasional errands or travel between valet locations as needed
• step in to assist with valet operations.
