What you'll do

• Represent clients in complex ERISA litigation
• handle all phases of ERISA class actions
• defend fiduciaries, plan sponsors, and financial institutions
• litigate fiduciary duty, excessive fee, and defined contribution and defined benefit plan disputes
• research and draft motions, briefs, and memoranda
• manage discovery, depositions, and fact development
• assist with strategy, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• collaborate with clients and litigation teams.
