The Hi-Tech Registered Nurse (RN) role is an onsite home-health nursing position in Rutland, VT, with pay of $33.37–$50.06 per hour. VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region provides home health and hospice care to people of all ages. The nurse provides individualized, goal-directed care under physician orders, assessing patient and family needs, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating outcomes, documenting care, educating patients and caregivers, advocating for patient needs, and coordinating with the care team.

Why this role

Requires graduation from an accredited nursing school, prior acute-care clinical nursing experience, a valid Vermont RN license, and a valid driver's license. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
