What you'll do

• Develop and implement organization-wide learning strategy
• ensure training complies with organizational, DFPS, federal, grant, and COA requirements
• partner with HR, Quality, Compliance, Operations, program leaders, and executives to identify needs
• oversee training completion systems, curricula, training records, orientation, professional development, and continuing education
• supervise and develop training staff
• evaluate training quality and outcomes
• manage the training calendar, LMS, budget, vendors, and learning resources
• represent the agency in community training partnerships.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a listed related field and five years of training experience, plus knowledge of traumatized children, child abuse and neglect, and foster care. A master’s degree is preferred. The role may include evenings and weekends and requires a valid Texas driver’s license and own transportation.
