Project Manager – Land Development

Job overview

The Project Manager – Land Development role is onsite in Woodridge, IL, with compensation of $110,000–$135,000 per year. V3 Companies is a multidisciplinary architecture, engineering, and construction firm whose Land Development team works on sustainable urban development. The project manager advances land development projects by coordinating design teams, client relationships, proposals, and project finances. The role also supports business development and team capability through mentoring, training, and management participation.

• Develop relationships with private real estate land development clients
