What you'll do

• Assist in managing restaurant operations, including scheduling, labor control, inventory, and waste management.
• Help hire, train, and develop team members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and local, state, and federal laws.
• Monitor P&L statements and make financial adjustments to drive profit.
