Job overview
The Analytics Expert is a fully remote role based in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation is $30–$80 per hour. The role supports the AI training projects of YO AI Labs. This role exists to evaluate and improve AI-powered analytics workflows by validating dashboards, reports, and KPIs to help train next-generation AI systems.
What you'll do
- Review and validate dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations.
- Build or refine dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, or Databricks.
- Check data sources, calculations, metrics, and reporting logic.
- Evaluate KPI structures for actionable insights.
- Test AI agents in analytics workflows.
- Identify errors and document findings.
