Senior Controller

The Senior Controller role is onsite in Fremont, CA. The starting base salary range is $170,000 to $220,000. Velo3D enables on-demand manufacturing of production-quality metal parts through integrated hardware and software. This finance leader oversees corporate accounting, reporting, controls, and core finance operations. The role partners with the CFO and cross-functional teams to support accurate financial results, scalable growth, cash flow, and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead corporate accounting, including the general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll accounting, revenue recognition, and close
• ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, audit requirements, tax regulations, and policies
• prepare financial statements and management reports
• maintain controls
• manage audits and accounting staff
• oversee purchase order workflows, procurement, inventory, fulfillment, and related controls
• support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• modernize financial systems
• and develop the finance team.
