What you'll do

• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
• draft and argue motions and legal briefs
• take and defend depositions
• handle employment litigation from inception through resolution
• support workplace safety matters and enforcement actions
• advise clients on workplace safety and employment issues
• conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• collaborate with employment and workplace safety attorneys.
