What you'll do

• Design and oversee an enterprise-wide patient safety and harm reduction program

• direct analysis of safety metrics and incident reports
• ensure readiness for applicable safety goals, regulations, and accreditation standards
• partner with executive, medical, nursing, and risk management leaders.
