What you'll do

• Oversee property financial performance and budgeted NOI
• monitor property records and reporting
• recommend capital improvements
• support leasing and applicant qualification
• monitor Fair Housing, tax, and occupancy compliance
• recruit and supervise team members
• manage rent collection, budgets, vendor work, and monthly reporting
• inspect the property
• oversee service requests, safety, resident retention, and team development.
