The Precision CNC Milling Setup Specialist – 2nd Shift role is an onsite, full-time position in Auburn, IN. Pay is $24–$28 per hour based on experience. The role supports consistent part quality, safe operations, and efficient production while collaborating with operators, quality staff, supervisors, and machinists.

What you'll do

• Set up CNC milling jobs
• interpret blueprints, setup sheets, travelers, and work instructions
• install and adjust fixtures and tooling
• set tool lengths and offsets
• make tool changes and minor program edits
• run and approve first pieces
• monitor machine performance
• inspect parts
• document nonconforming material
• follow ISO/IATF procedures
• troubleshoot tooling, dimensional, and process issues
• maintain a safe workspace
• collaborate with and coach teammates.
