What you'll do

• Perform maintenance and repair services including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and suspension alignments
• conduct state-mandated emissions and safety inspections
• troubleshoot customer concerns with the team
• complete accurate courtesy vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance reports
• comply with applicable regulations
• assist with housekeeping
• communicate vehicle damage or malfunctions to the service department
• promote safety, cleanliness, and organization.
