The Landscape Construction Crew Member role is onsite in Columbus, OH, with starting pay of $18 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Rine Landscape Group’s construction team installs landscape features on residential and commercial properties. This role supports landscape construction projects by assisting with planting, hardscape installation, lawn work, equipment care, and jobsite cleanup. The crew member works alongside the Crew Leader and team to complete assignments safely and to quality standards.

What you'll do

• Assist with plant installation, soil preparation, material movement, hardscape installation, lawn grading, and seed or sod installation.
• Safely operate and care for assigned tools and equipment, report equipment issues to the Crew Leader, maintain clean and organized jobsites, load and unload materials, and participate in winter snow-removal operations.
