What you'll do

• Execute month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities, reconciliations, cost-of-goods-sold breakouts, overhead allocations, and reports
• maintain accounting records and journal entries
• manage fixed assets, expense reporting, and corporate credit cards
• oversee inventory processes and analyze manufacturing and production costs
• maintain internal controls and financial policies
• monitor sales tax compliance and manage audits
• oversee insurance renewals, claims, contracts, and fleet compliance
• assist with budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and loan compliance
• supervise or mentor assigned personnel.
