What you'll do

• Supervise assistant managers, sales associates, utility workers, and team leads
• delegate work and coach staff
• train employees on duties, policies, and procedures
• ensure regulatory, safety, security, and quality compliance
• oversee merchandise quality and production
• manage cash, paperwork, and deposits
• maintain store condition
• direct merchandising and inventory
• analyze sales and production reports
• support hiring
• serve as an emergency contact outside regular hours
• operate a forklift
• travel to other retail locations as needed.
