Job overview
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is hybrid, supporting in-home clients in Cleveland, Parma Heights, Lakewood, Mayfield, Twinsburg, and other listed areas in Ohio. Compensation is $70–$75 per hour. Advanced Behavioral Therapy supports children with autism and their families. The BCBA develops individualized, data-driven ABA treatment plans, monitors progress, and adjusts programs based on assessments and ongoing data. The role also provides parent training, family support, and clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians.
What you'll do
- Develop behavior intervention plans and conduct ABA assessments, including VB-MAPP and AFLS
- design data-driven treatment plans
- provide parent training and family support
- review data collection systems
- monitor program effectiveness and modify plans
- supervise and mentor RBTs
- collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues and leadership
- report progress to the Clinical Director monthly.
