What you'll do

• Manage breaks, shift operations, and task completion
• help ensure restaurant policies and procedures are followed
• work with the Leadership Team on daily staffing levels
• coach and communicate with team members
• provide direction and feedback respectfully
• develop understanding of each key front-of-house position.
