Office & Customer Support Assistant

Job overview

The Office & Customer Support Assistant role is an onsite, part-time position in Minneapolis, MN, paying $15–$16 per hour. The role supports FISH Window Cleaning’s office and management team and helps generate and retain business through customer follow-up and outreach. The assistant handles customer communications and administrative records, follows up on estimates and service reminders, and helps with scheduling and office projects. This work supports day-to-day operations and helps move customer opportunities toward scheduling.

What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls and check voicemail
• assist customers with routine questions
• enter and update customer, estimate, and job information
• follow up on open estimates and seasonal service reminders
• make occasional outbound calls to prospective commercial customers
• assist with email outreach
• maintain accurate records
• assist with scheduling and office communication
• research contact information
• occasionally assist with simple estimates after training
• support recruiting, marketing, job postings, and other office projects as needed.
