Product Security Architect

Job overview

The Product Security Architect role is onsite in Fremont, CA three days per week, with plans to transition to five days per week; pay is $60–$70 per hour. The role leads security architecture, compliance, testing, and vulnerability management across hardware, embedded systems, firmware, and cloud-connected energy products.

What you'll do

• Architect secure boot and hardware root-of-trust solutions
• design device identity and key management
• strengthen device-to-cloud authentication and secure OTA updates
• lead regulatory compliance and product security testing
• manage PSIRT, CVE tracking, remediation, and disclosure
• coordinate penetration testing
• and lead threat modeling and security design reviews.
