The Packaging Machine Operator, 1st Shift role is onsite in Weston, WI, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Compensation is $17.00–$23.32 per hour. Link Snacks makes meat snacks across brands including Jack Link’s, Lorissa’s Kitchen, Golden Island, BiFi, Peperami, and KOOEE!. The operator sets up and runs packaging equipment, monitors output and quality, and coordinates with maintenance to limit downtime. The role also documents production, follows food safety and sanitation procedures, and supports line personnel in meeting production goals safely and efficiently.

What you'll do

• Start up, set up, operate, and change over packaging machines
• change packaging materials
• troubleshoot and perform basic preventive maintenance
• complete product and quality checks
• follow production schedules and document output
• maintain supplies and ingredient records
• communicate assignments to line personnel and support training
• follow GMP, HACCP, SOP, sanitation, and safety requirements.
