What you'll do

• Lead production activities to meet product requirements and agreed KPIs
• set manufacturing priorities and assign work to weekly schedules. Direct personnel actions, equipment setup and routine maintenance, and safety procedures. Refine instructions and procedures, communicate production goals and KPIs, monitor performance, train employees, maintain training records and certifications, monitor absenteeism, and provide performance feedback.
