Transportation Supervisor — AM Shift

Job overview

The Transportation Supervisor role is onsite in Oak Creek, WI, with a 4 a.m.–12:30 p.m. schedule. Pay is $27 per hour. The role supports Fresh & Ready Foods, a member of Canteen, overseeing outbound truck loading to support safe, accurate, on-time deliveries and customer service.

What you'll do

• Supervise daily truck loading and assign staff based on workload and route priorities
• ensure products are staged, loaded, and secured correctly
• verify quantities and routes
• resolve loading issues
• monitor departure schedules
• coach and train team members
• conduct pre-shift meetings
• enforce safety and PPE requirements
• maintain an orderly loading area
• communicate with drivers and warehouse and transportation teams
• and support continuous improvement.
