What you'll do
- Manage high-acuity pediatric admissions and resuscitations.
- Monitor patients receiving ECMO and CRRT.
- Manage complex mechanical ventilation.
- Conduct daily physical exams and interpret diagnostics.
- Lead multidisciplinary rounds.
