Senior Operations Manager, Content Excellence

The Senior Operations Manager, Content Excellence role is hybrid, with three days onsite in South San Francisco, CA. Compensation is $57–$62 per hour. The role supports the Chief Marketing Office and its Content Excellence team as it rolls out new content capabilities to the broader marketing organization. This role provides operational and change leadership so marketing teams can adopt new content tools, workflows, and guidelines. It coordinates learning and enablement, content governance, cross-functional alignment, and process improvements to support high-quality execution and the use of generative AI in content work.

What you'll do

• Design and execute learning journeys and enablement programs for new content capabilities, tools, and guidelines
• support end-to-end content workflow strategy and governance
• identify process and asset-management improvements and develop scalable guidelines
• facilitate content forums, review sessions, and alignment meetings
• deliver change management, training, and documentation for new tools and practices, including generative AI enablement.
