What you'll do

• Provide direct inpatient care to adult patients during night and swing shifts
• assess patients and develop or adjust treatment plans
• coordinate with nursing staff, specialists, and other healthcare professionals
• document encounters, orders, and progress notes in the EHR
• respond to medical emergencies
• participate in quality improvement initiatives
• communicate with patients and families.
