What you'll do

• Assist residents with ambulation and transfers
• assist with feeding and serve water and nourishment
• provide hygiene, bathing, skin, hair, and oral care
• assist with dressing and bowel and bladder rehabilitation
• collect specimens and record intake and output
• take temperature, pulse, and respiration
• observe residents and report changes to the charge nurse
• maintain records and equipment
• attend required in-service classes
• report accidents or dangerous situations
• maintain confidentiality.
